This is the first in a series of one track improvisations I made during the months of May through August, 2021. I made them as a form of relaxation during the summer nights. They're simply little sketches and ideas, some of which I may pursue further one day. But mostly they're just a form of self therapy. Perhaps you might enjoy a few of them...
They were recorded quickly with no preplanning- like a stream of consciousness type of thing. The track names are the first words that came to mind upon re-listening. The album covers were made swiftly. It's been an interesting way of working for me. I've always struggled with meticulous overthinking with regards to music creation. But with these recordings, I embraced simplicity and welcomed all mistakes. Overall, it's been a very enjoyable experience and I'm proud of most of these odd little lo-fi "songs".
I think posting all of these recordings is kind of a way for me to move on from this ever increasing pile of nostalgic, yearning, night recordings I've been collecting. Maybe... after this, it will be the beginning of a new season with new sounds... I wonder where it will lead. Thanks for listening.

i make lo-fi music for drinking tea at 1am. i think it's like some kind of nostalgia music or something... it almost feels as if it's attempting to reach back in time somehow-- searching for a better world... or maybe remembering a recurring dream perhaps. i'm not totally sure. thanks for listening.
